Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum

OVERVIEW

Are you a dynamic individual with proven track record of managing a team to deliver an exceptional experience in a diverse, service led environment?
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong leadership skills in a General Management role for our client.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A confident and natural retail or hospitality leader who is able to manage staff performance and support individuals to deliver
  • Previous experience working in a customer service focussed retail or hospitality environment is essential
  • A passion for driving sales through service and delivering on company KPIs
  • A hands on approach to leadership and a desire to lead from the front
  • A good understanding of company finances and sales reporting
  • Experience of organising team rotas and managing team performance
  • To have a passion and flair for implementing exciting promotional displays
  • Punctual, reliable and willing to go the extra mile for staff and customers alike, you will thrive on hitting targets and love the satisfaction of working in a service led environment
  • You will be articulate, well presented and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of retail achievements

THE ROLE- KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • To control the day to day operation of the centre, ensuring company standards are adhered to and targets are achieved
  • Ensure that events and promotional activity are delivered correctly
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relations
  • Ensure cash/assets are controlled and any risk of loss is minimised
  • Take full responsibility for the opening, trading and closure of the venue
  • Ensure that all staff perform to required personal and company standards at all time
  • Provide inductions and on-going training for all staff
  • To be actively involved in the recruitment of staff, ensuring that all applications are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all daily, weekly and periodical administration is completed at the correct time
  • Ensure, at all times, the safety of all employees together with those members of the public visiting the venue
