MyCFL is working with a well-established, family run group of Day Nurseries; leaders in providing exceptional childcare for children from 3 months to 5 years old. Their qualified and enthusiastic staff believe in maintaining close relationships with the children and parents and creating a nurturing atmosphere for the children to learn. We now have a new and exciting opportunity for a Nursery Manager to join their dedicated team based in Sunninghill.

Nursery Manager - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Recruit, manage and train all Nursery staff to foster good morale, high reputation and to ensure all regulatory standards are met.

* Manage and monitor Nursery standards to ensure compliance and positive reports from all regulatory inspections.

* To closely monitor all personnel within the Nursery to ensure there is a high level of awareness of company policies and procedures.

* As the companies prime contact with parents, ensure their full satisfaction through appropriate information and feedback.

* Foster the continued improvement of all the Nurseries through contribution at the monthly management meetings and other management forums.

* Actively manage and report on current Nursery occupancy, and six monthly future forecasting.

* Implement all company health and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of children and staff within the establishment.

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

* You will have 5 years' experience in a leadership position.

* You will be a charismatic people person who can inspire and motivate everyone from employees to parents and children.

* Full and relevant Level 3 qualification as a minimum.

* The ideal candidate will also have a higher childcare qualification and/or a management or leadership qualification.

* Experience of marketing, people management and financial responsibility within a childcare setting.

* DBS check.

* Well versed in Ofsted procedures
