2nd Line Support Team Lead required for a software house in Wokingham, Berkshire.

The role consists of technical hands-on 1st/2nd Line support knowledge with a strong customer-focus as well as managing a small team of 1st line engineers on a helpdesk environment.

Technical skills are windows-based with some basic networking and strong experience working on a ticket-based helpdesk. Expert customer-service skills is an absolute must.
