Practice Manager

We have registered a challenging opportunity for a Practice Manager to join a niche and fast-growing accountancy practice.

The Practice Manager will oversee a team of bookkeepers/accountants ensuring the smooth running of the business, focusing on the timely delivery of accurate accounts and a proactive, efficient approach to client query resolution.

This role will be exclusively working from home and is therefore an extremely desirable opportunity for an experienced Senior level Accountant or Practice Accountant to join a close-knit team.

Practice Manager Responsibilities

As the Practice Manager, some of your duties will include:

Managing your own team of accountants
Overseeing management of bookkeeping, management accounts and statutory filings
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Liaising with HMRC
Providing strategic advice to the company
Practice Manager Experience

The Practice Manager will likely have worked in a practice environment or have previous experience in a similar role managing a team. The Practice Manager will likely be at least fully qualified (AAT) but may have chartered status. As the Practice Manager you will be a strong organizer and communicator and will have the leadership skills required to manage develop a team. Liaising with a variety of clients and being the central port of call for the rest of the Practice.
