This job is advertised on behalf of Fastrac Resourcing, a recruitment agency.

My client is currently looking for a technical Sales Manager for a permanent Role based out of their office in Bury.

Key skills required for the job are

Excellent Injection and blow mould tool making knowledge / skills coupled with a good Commercial understanding of the tool making industry.

Tool design experience would also be desirable.

Ability to Negotiate and effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues.

A competitive salary will be on offer with 25 days holiday and a Company Pension scheme (Nest).

The position will be based at their Bury facility.

* Responsible for achieving the agreed Budgeted Sales for the financial year.

* Manage the receipt, handling and communication for all Sales Enquiries.

* Develop the Business Marketing and Sales strategy and present the Sales Budget Proposal to the Group GM and the MD.

* Agree the required KPI's with the Group GM and MD.

* Prepare and present the agreed Commercial KPI's at the Monthly Management Meeting.

* Actively search for new Commercial opportunities for both ADM and AMS.

* Support development of the Company Website

* Responsible for ensuring the suitability of new customers prior to supply.

* Responsible for ensuring unexpected cost increases are discussed with the customer base.

* Manage the on boarding of new Business making sure that all required lines of communication are clear and agreed.

* Work with the Operations Manager and Project Manager on all new quotes so as to deliver the targeted net margin.

* Understand market prices within the various Business Sectors.

* Develop / grow our customer data base and improve our networking activities within the higher value product groups / sectors.
