The Role: Your role as a Technical Account Manager for this business will see you engaging with senior executives and C-level influencers and decision makers. You will be involved through the entire sales process, starting with establishing client requirements and pain points and offer pre-sales support and product demonstrations, through to closing the deal with the sales team. You will also be responsible for post-sales support, ensuring the client completes the on-boarding process and training, before managing the account and relationship through strategic calls and client visits. Working alongside the partner managers and account executives, you will be operating out of the Bracknell-based office and will be expected to travel across the UK when required.

For this Technical Account Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Experience in sales, presales or customer success in the managed services sector or a similar background
Experience with technical solutions in desktop management or server monitoring or similar areas
A track record of being able to build relationships, lead meetings and be the customer's champion
Excellent presentation and communication skills with a strong understanding of IT Managed servicesLocation: The position of Technical Account Manager will be based primarily in Bracknell, so access is paramount. Travel will be around the UK - your location could be London, Berkshire, the M4 corridor or surrounding counties
