REED are exclusively supporting a successful forward thinking organisation in the heart of Norwich City Centre by recruiting for the position of Campaign Manager to join their dynamic team.

Permanent full time working Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

This role will be supporting the Sales team in providing an excellent service to the company's clients, assisting with the day to day set up of new Clients and Campaigns, ensuring all contractual and compliance administration is completed accurately.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the completion of all contractual sales administration

- Maintain accurate record keeping of all sales correspondence

- Ensure the accurate input of new Affiliates, Clients and campaigns

- Maintain the accurate upkeep of all Clients and campaigns

- Ensure the accurate tracking of all campaigns, placing and testing pixels are working correctly as per integration with the tracking platform.

- Review all creatives to ensure they are in line with client requirements and distribute accordingly

- Ensure the timely and accurate update of network alerts

- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals

- Respond to queries in an effectively and timely manner

- Arrange weekly sales meetings producing the Agenda in conjunction with the sales team, composing and distributing meeting minutes

- Ensure performance is in line with KPI's

- Ad hoc projects as and required

- Support Head of Partnerships with managing and growing tier 1 corporate clients

- Weekly reporting to clients, including sales data and competitor analysis.

- Support Reporting Officer with sales figures and billable statistics for finance related matters - i.e invoicing.

Requirements

- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude

- Proactive and hardworking nature

- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Driven with the ability to work on own initiative

- Problem solving skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications

- High moral standards

- GCSE Grade A to C in Maths, English and Science
