Part Time Job Farnham Sales Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Finance Administration

Your new company:You will be joining a well established company based in Farnham, Surrey. Working as part of a friendly finance team you will work on a part time basis (approx 20 hour a week) over four or five days.

Your new role:
You will be responsible for managing all the finance administration relating to the direct debit ledger. Your duties will include accurately inputting new customers, making amendments and cancellations as required, uploading and sending BACs payment files and investigating discrepancies. You will also produce regular reports, reconcile accounts and produce required documents.

What you'll need to succeed:
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a finance team, dealing with a direct debit ledger, however this is not essential. Must have skills include previous finance experience (sales ledger or accounts receivable), knowledge of debit & credits, strong attention to detail and proven administration skills. You will also have good communication skill and be computer literate (Sage & Excel used in this role).
