Learning Services Delivery Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager responsible for developing, delivering, maintaining and evaluating the Company Academy portfolio of learning and development offerings.

Key accountabilities include:
  • Develop / map core Company Academy processes from training needs to evaluation and invoicing.
  • Creation, implementation, management and promotion of Company Academy learning portfolio for Company Group Businesses and external businesses to deliver strategic and operational learning needs.
  • In conjunction with subject matter experts refresh and develop learning content and delivery mechanisms to reflect changes in thinking, legislation and industry standards.
  • Establish, consolidate and make accessible key delivery channels
  • Virtual, E learning and digital learning solutions / platforms
  • Course / programme availability & scheduling.
  • Work place / experience based offerings: coaching, mentoring etc.
Develop and manage approach to external training provision / brokerage.Develop, implement and manage learning evaluation approachManagement and scheduling of learning resources (course duration & frequency, tutors, class rooms, e learning platform, etc.) to improve delivery efficiency.Establish and deliver against Service Level Agreements with key customers / accounts.Provision of management information and standard reports to the Academy Management team and board.Manage service delivery team.Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders including: other Academy functions, customers, community and strategic partners.Management of relationship with key awarding body, grants donors, levies, quality audits etcIdentify and capture funding & grants for activity.Track external learning & development spend on monthly basis.Establish and perform against balanced score card / KPI.
