We are recruiting for a new Team Leader for our Repairs Planning team on a permanent contract based from our offices in Chipping Sodbury. This role is to ensure each member of the Planning team is engaged and motivated to deliver an excellent front line service at all times by co-ordinating the schedules of our Repairs Service Operatives.

You will be:
  • Constantly monitoring and improving our services, with a focus on excellence in performance standards, equality, diversity, value for money and efficiency
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Planning team and developing your team members
  • Responsible for recruitment, induction and development of new starters
  • Fully supporting the wider Property Solutions team in achieving its business targets by ensuring operatives attend scheduled appointments, materials are ordered correctly and customers are kept informed when appointments change
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Repairs Team Leaders and Managers.

What do you need?
  • Appropriate technical qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • Recognised supervisory training certificate or demonstrable experience
  • Experience and sound knowledge in the use of Personal Digital Assistant scheduling solutions and social housing management CRM tools
