Digital Acquisition Manager (Marketing)
A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ a Digital Acquisition Manager (Marketing) based in insert London.
Hours 35 per week/permanent.

Global Marketing uses creativity and business flair to help drive top-line revenue growth for the firm’s Global Businesses by optimising marketplace opportunities, brand strength and customer insight. The Acquisition Manager (Marketing) will join this team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. The Digital Acquisitions team sits within the wider Marketing team and is focused on using digital channels to drive effective and efficient customer leads across a group of products for the retail bank. The team covers a range of paid media channels as well as managing aggregator activity directly. The team also works closely with the Digital as a Channel team, who lead on website optimisation, analytics, and journey optimisation among other things.
The Acquisition Manager (Marketing) will work across a range of channels within the Digital Acquisitions team, supporting channel managers in managing elements of the campaigns as well as support on budgeting, reporting and optimisation across multiple products. The role holder will be responsible for both direct campaign management and some collaboration with the firm’s partner agency / agencies in delivering results, as well as owning internal processes and reporting.
The Acquisition Manager (Marketing) will be compliant and adhere to financial best practices within the business developing and improving processes for tracking and reporting across products. They will
lead on creative recommendations and support Channel Managers in the development, and implementation of best practices across all media. The role holder will manage relationships with the firm’s agency / agencies to support a strong partnership. They will stay up to date with market trends for a set of products to ensure the firm is market leading in the space.
The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following attributes:
- Marketing background
- Someone who is passionate about digital/performance marketing
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Curious, highly numerate and a good communicator
- Previous experience of working in the Finance sector or large complex matrix organization would be an advantage
