Product Marketing Manager - Technology

£40,000 plus benefits


The client is a successful and fast-growing technology and software business, operating within the hospitality and retail sector, designing and selling POS equipment and E-Commerce technology solutions, to over 30,000 customers globally. They now wish to strengthen their marketing team through appointing a talented Product Marketer to drive vision, messaging, awareness, and go-to-market strategy for their Point of Sale and App Store products. You will bridge the gap between Marketing and Technology, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Product Owner Director, to execute product launches, build value-based positioning and narratives, develop sales and partner enablement content, orchestrate release marketing, and deliver compelling product positioning. You will be able to take the complex and make it simple.

Responsibilities include;
  • Execute product launch plans
  • Drive lead generation and the pipeline
  • Drive the product content to nurture leads, educate and increase engagement for new and existing products
  • Partner and collaborate with the Product Management team to promote an extensive app store, through third-party integrations
  • Track, monitor and optimise products listed on website and app store using design and UX tactics
  • Translate the product offering into training material for the sales team and internal stakeholders
  • Assist product owners with community engagement through forums, chats and user groups and promoting the communities
  • Work with Graphic Designer to produce product materials, such as brochures
  • Provide full product marketing support, and suggest process, systems and service improvements.
