Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. If you are a tech-savvy professional and experienced in PPC, social media campaign management, we would like to meet you.

You will report to our Head of Marketing and will have the direct support to develop your professional skills, while being provided the autonomy to run end-to-end campaigns independently. We are looking for someone with management experience, someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you will work on a variety of tasks across multiple business divisions daily

Our ideal candidate can develop and manage strategies for high performing campaigns across multiple platforms. You should be a 'people person' with excellent communication skills and someone who is really excited about all things digital marketing and will be up to date with the latest algorithms and digital advertising best practices. The ideal candidate for this role will be obsessed with the metrics, engagement and effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, monitoring the performance of campaigns obsessively. ·Monitor website and campaign performance obsessively, proactively taking action as necessary
to optimise results and improve upon ROI

·Plan and implement a digital marketing strategy to attract high-quality leads in-line with business needs, organisational strategy and goals

·Identify target lead personas and create messaging/ tailor advertisements to each persona

·Write and create content across types, candidate personas and candidate journey (email campaigns, digital advertisements, sponsored posts, sponsored Tweets, etc.)

·Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop specific channel strategies

·Work with designers, marketing and other business teams to translate business stakeholder needs to new website experiences and effective digital campaigns

·Be accountable for delivery of plans and attainment of KPIS and metrics
·Contribute to building a high-performance marketing team renowned for attention to detail, executional excellence, business impact, teamwork and accountability

·Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing and business teams across the company in addition to third-party agencies to coordinate and execute strategic website initiatives & digital marketing campaigns to deliver measurable results

·Manage project/digital marketing schedules and associated dependencies, identifying possible issues or risks and clearly communicate them to key stakeholders to keep campaigns running smoothly

·Prioritize the creation of new or updated web experiences, digital advertisements, sponsored posts, organic posts working with stakeholders from marketing and business teams across the company

·Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, and develop and document digital best practices to meet requirements

·Suggest new ideas for improving lead generation metrics and driving engagement with content, advertisements and email campaigns

Experience / Background

·Degree educated, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, PR, Communications, or a related field

·Experience within a similar marketing role and management of at least one person

·Fluent in English

·Marketing automation experiencing using ClickDimensions or another

·An understanding of technology, IT services, consulting or professional services preferable

·Impeccable copywriting skills and experience of delivering compelling content across various formats (e.g. reports, advertisements, email campaigns, tweets, etc.)

·Experience of coordinating work across teams

·Highly organised with great attention to detail

·Obsessed with the fine details of campaign management with an ability to analyse performance, think critically and improve upon previous campaign outcomes

·Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

·Resilient and able to work in a highly demanding environment

·Innovative and creative thinker with ability to initiate and manage own projects with outstanding execution

·Excellent campaign management, with strong project management capability

·Eager to learn new things, explore opportunities and find solutions with the resources available
