One of the 'Big Four' Financial Services firms, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a high profile remediation project, within Risk Advisory.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a team of Case Handlers in the delivery of a front line remediation project, focusing on leadership and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Case Handlers
  • Feed remediation outcomes into the metrics of the project.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to establish and support project needs.
  • Interact with operations and internal teams to ensure delivery of project strategy.
  • Utilise logical and strategic thinking to mitigate and resolve issues arising.
  • Act as point of contact for the PMO and IT Case Management team, in line with project targets.
  • Utilise business analytics to mitigate risks and formulate solutions to arising issues.
  • Direct the team of Case Handlers in line with operational requirements.

Requirements:
  • Team Leader experience - 2 years +
  • Undergraduate degree appreciated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and MS Project.
  • Experience in Financial Services is essential.
  • Familiar with FS terminology.
  • Experience in delivery of outputs in line with project metrics.
  • Analytical and problem solver.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

This is an immediate start six month contract based in Crawley.

The hours 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday

Rate: £240/day
