Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation with offices based in South Yorkshire and Rotherham are looking to recruit a Digital marketing Standards Specialist Skills Coach to join their growing team.

This role is field based, but will require regular attendance at either the Manchester or Rotherham office.

This is an assessment role managing a caseload of learners with direct delivery and will involve:

Planning, delivering and assessing on the L3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship programme
Supporting the Digital Marketer Programme Delivery Manager to ensure the assessment process consistently meets national occupational standards and the requirements of EPA.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Planning and designing specific industry standard learning programmes in Digital Marketing technical competencies, behaviours and relationships
Delivery of Training and Learning
Assessing the Outcome of Learning and Learner's Achievements
Monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of own practise, and help to raise the standards of teaching and learning in the company
Deliver excellent customer care - deal confidently with staff, students and other external customers demonstrating respect and dignity at all times to deliver high levels of satisfaction and customer service.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years relevant industrial/commercial experience in Digital Marketing
Experience of assessing within the Apprenticeship sector
Level 3 or higher qualification in relevant occupational area
Minimum of PTLLS qualification or willingness to work towards within 12 months of appointment
Assessing award - CAVA
Up to date knowledge of Apprenticeship standards
Up to date knowledge of current initiatives relating to the specified occupational area.
Experience of planning and delivering training flexibly in the workplace
Ability to liaise effectively with employers and/or external agencies to secure repeat business.
Ability to meet targets of timely success within work based and apprenticeship models.

Our client is offering a highly competitive package for this role including an excellent basic salary of £36 - £40k per annum depending on experience, mileage paid from home, 23 days holiday and a contributory pension scheme.
