Our client, with offices in central Bristol is seeking a Client Service Administrator to join them. They are a worldwide organisation providing insurance, reinsurance, and employment benefits advice and brokerage services.

As part as the administration team your main responsibilities would be supporting four senior sales advisors in their day to day administration as well as supporting them throughout the sales process; by monitoring compliance, speaking and developing strong partnerships with external insurers, as well as supporting the client through the process, and through the renewal or new business process.

Duties include: -
  • Supporting sales advisors in pre and post sales activities. As well as supporting in meeting their monthly sales targets.
  • Ensuring client queries and questions are resolved and answered.
  • Replying to emails in a 24 hour time frame
  • Loading commissions and new business onto database.
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls
  • Processing new business applications and sending to insurance providers
  • Completing market reviews and quote reports
  • Maintaining and updating systems for group and individual policies.
  • Adding and deleting members from insurance membership.
  • Sorting and distributing post

Work Experience

- Background in administration within the Financial Services Arena or Employee benefits arena.

- Background in customer focussed environment including discussions with clients via telephone and email to meet client requirements

- Time spent in similar role within Healthcare environment

Knowledge / Qualifications / Skills

- GCSE Maths and English

- Good telephone manner

- Effective use of Microsoft Office

- Effective time and diary management

- Good, accurate data entry skills

- Working knowledge of Healthcare products

- Use of 1st Database
