Purchase Ledger, Edinburgh, £11-£12 per hour.

Your new company

Hays accountancy and finance is partnered with a non-profit organisation based in Edinburgh. Our client is looking for a professional and ambitious Purchase Ledger on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months, with the potential for extension

Your new role

As Purchase Ledger you will be responsible for assisting the preparation for management accounts and budgeting and forecasting. You will also be responsible for credit control, sales ledger, month end journals, cash flow and cash books. As well as assisting with payroll and VAT reconciliation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive Purchase ledger experience, processing invoices, reconciliations, dealing with supplier queries;
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, good telephone manner;
  • Speed and accuracy in their workflow;
  • Resilience
