Job Description

This role will be offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis, initially for 6 months.

As a Finance Purchase Order Administrator, you will support our Project Admin & Controls Team Manager, the Contingent Worker Process manager, PM's and the business in the effective management and reconciliation of the Goods Received Not Invoiced, Contingent Worker & Purchase Order Project Closure Processes.
  • Assist and action queries relating to Contingent Worker Purchase orders (PO's)
  • Assist Accounts Payable with queries relating to Contingent Worker Purchase orders
  • Ensure queries relating to Purchase Orders are dealt with accordingly and manage UK Purchase Orders mailbox
  • Manage Purchase Order Project Closures Process - ensure Project POs are closed/cancelled/matched (as required) to enable projects to be closed - DtR (Deliver to Results) mailbox
  • Support the Project Admin & Controls Team Manager with the reconciliation and management of the Goods Received Not Invoiced process
  • Other duties as required by Line Manager or Arcadis

  • Experience dealing with Po's in an accounts payable/purchasing/procurement setting
  • Excel & ERP literate
  • Confident problem solver
  • Desired: Part Qualified accounting qualification
