My client is a leading charity who are looking for a fully-qualified, or qualified-by-experience, Finance and Operations Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring organisational effectiveness by being responsible for financial and operational matters, including budget development and management, and associated reporting to funders and stakeholders, HR and governance.

You will have experience, paid or voluntary, in the following areas:

- Leading the financial and administrative operations of a charity

- Driving organisational strategy and managing change

- Leading teams and developing strategies to improve performance

- Setting and managing budgets, producing management accounts and cashflows

- Management, Coordination, preparation and delivery of financial information to stakeholders, including Board of Trustees

- Excellent administrative skills with rigorous attention to detail

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for a charity

The client is offering a competitive salary, with 23 days holiday per year (increasing by 1 day for each year of service to a maximum of 30), contributory pension scheme and 24 hour service Employee Assistance.
