Temporary Administration Assistant - Maternity Cover - Immediate Start

Your new companyOur client is an investment management organisation which operates globally.

Your new role
Your new role will be based in Edinburgh City Centre and your working hours will be 35 hours per week. The team you will be working within is responsible for the management and oversight of outsourced operations carried out by the appointed Transfer Agencies for the organisation. This is a varied role and some of the tasks involved are as follows; Calendar management, travel arrangements for department, meeting arranging. booking rooms, catering, answering phone calls, expenses reports, stationary orders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience within a corporate environment and a role which has required you to complete similar tasks to the above mentioned. You will demonstrate ability to exercise good business judgement. You must have the ability to work independently in a multi-task fast-paced environment. You will be self motivated and extremely flexible. You will be a proficient Microsoft Office user.

In return, you will be offered a competitive day rate and working hours. Your working days/hours are Monday-Friday, 7 hours per day.
