We have an exciting new role within the South Cerney area, the successful candidate will be part of an expanding company reporting directly to the Senior Claims Handler.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handling an allocated case-loads and assisting with all matters regarding to existing accounts
  • Being the first point of contact to the client, communicating with other internal departments an occasionally outside agencies regarding the status of requests
  • Ensuring all case-loads are up to date with validated documents
  • Liaising with underwriting where considered necessary
  • Liaising with authorised agents and any other sources
  • Handling any documentation within a confidentiality following strict procedures
  • Working to a tight deadline
  • Meeting the necessary compliance
  • Ensuring all information is correctly recorded on the internal CRMs
  • Keeping track and reporting on progress to clients, management and the correct bodies
  • Building strong professional relationships
  • Dealing with queries

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Educated to a degree level ideally
  • Experience in a commercial environment, strong customer focused approach
  • Ability to deal with people in all situations and sympathise
  • Lives within the Gloucestershire area
  • Has own mode of transport
  • Proficient within all Microsoft Office applications
