Company Secretarial Manager - Corporate Services Provider - London - £55,000

Your new company
This successful professional services firm, based in the heart of the City, is seeking a Manager to join their team of 7 and take responsibility for one of the teams in their portfolio.

Your new role
You will be responsible for a varied portfolio of regulated and unregulated corporate entities including funds, trusts and private limited companies. In terms of day to day duties, you will be involved in the board and committee support process, maintenance of statutory records, monitoring changes in relevant legislation, and ensuring that an excellent service is provided to clients at all time. You will be looking after 2-3 junior members of the team and be in a position to mentor them and equip them with the knowledge to grow their own careers.

What you'll need to succeed
This role would be suitable for someone with previous experience with a company secretarial service provider. Knowledge of Blueprint is essential and you will need to possess strong board support skills. You will need to work well within a team and have experience in managing and upskilling junior members of the team. You will need to have the ICSA qualification or be working towards it.
