A stand alone Purchase Ledger role working as part of a Finance team of 6. Reporting to the Finance Manager.

Client Details

A medium sized, friendly and stable business based in the W. Molesey area with free parking provided and access via public transport.

Description

The Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant role involves:
  • Processing overhead and Stock invoices (£, $, €)
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Supplier query resolution
  • Supplier payments (£, $, €)
  • Intercompany invoicing
  • Purchase ledger control account reconciliation
  • Some journals (optional)

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant role will;
  • Have a strong Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable background
  • Be willing to assistant with other duties in the Accounts team.
  • will ideally have Kerridge experience (not essential)
  • be studying AAT (not essential)
  • live locally to W. Molesey

Job Offer

The Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant role can pay £20-23,000 + circa £2,500 bonus per annum

(NOTE - the £2,500 bonus is spread out and paid monthly. This has averaged out at £2,600 per annum for the past 10 years).
