Overview of the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Investment Manager to join the UK Investment Management team in our Leeds office.

You will be entrusted with sourcing and winning key introducer clients, and will help UK IM acquire, maintain and grow profitable long-term relationships with underlying clients and IFAs. The main responsibility of this role is to successfully originate new business and manage and serve existing business relationships. The successful applicant will be a business originator and client focused individual.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be able to engage with a range of clients, introducers, and product providers. Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills will also be required. You will have an in- depth knowledge of all aspects of portfolio construction including risk management. Additionally, you will have a strong working knowledge of global investment markets and assets classes.

Some of your key duties will be:

To work closely with the Business Development Team in building and maintaining relationships with IFA's and other Professional Advisers.

Managing a diverse range of clients and meeting their investment aims and objectives

To support the Northern team and the company nationally in reaching its overall budget as well as individual, and company targets

To contribute to an effective and positive risk management culture within the firm and to work within a compliant manner


Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice & Management - CISI level6
