The Office and Facilities Manager will work to ensure that the Reception and Facilities service runs efficiently and will also act as the competent person regarding Health and Safety and will be responsible for the implementation and compliance with health and safety policies.

Salary: £37,105 - £55,555 + benefits, dependant on skills and experience

The successful applicant will:
  • Possess experience of leading health and safety management initiatives in organisations of a similar size.
  • Manage the relationship with the building landlord, overseeing the provision of estates services and monitoring performance against KPIs, whilst also managing the Facilities Service Desk function.
  • Lead on First Aid matters including (in partnership with the Learning and Development Manager) the training of staff and keeping up-to-date with new legislation.
  • Possess budget management experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experienced in providing excellent customer service and resolving difficult situations.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate effectively.
