An excellent opportunity for an experienced credit controller looking to make the next move up into a team leader role, a genuinely rewarding role which will see you over seeing a small credit control team and liaising with sales managers across 4 sites to improve cash collection and reduce aged debt. Main roles and responsibilities:

Although a varied and exciting role the main duties will include but not be limited to, Managing the day to day collections of the company, continual development and training of the credit control team to make sure best practice is being used within all aspects, work with management providing updates and information, work closely with the team to ensure KPIs are being met, initiate and help implement any projects you believe will help with the continued improvement of collection across the sites, other duties as requested by the management team.


It is important that you have prior leadership experience and feel comfortable over seeing a team, strong credit control experience, confident communicator and happy liaising with non finance staff about projects etc, good working understanding of excel and reporting procedures.
