Tradewind are working with a high-achieving "Good" primary school in the Luton area, seeking a floating Learning Support Assistant to support across Key Stage One and Two full-time. This will be a year's contract starting in September.

The school have a number of children with complex needs who have recently acquired EHCPs and they are looking to add an experienced Learning Support Assistant to their team, who can work across multiple classes and establish a rapport with these children. Experience with Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia would be very valuable for this role, as well as any other type of SEN.

Responsibilities of this role include:
*Assisting each of these pupils to access learning as part of the class by managing their focus and behaviour
*Supporting in numeracy and literacy, including creating adapted resources where needed
*Collaborating with the SENco and class teacher to ensure all pupils receive appropriate support
