Role - Part-time Bookkeeper

Salary - £15 per hour

Location - Oxford, Oxfordshire

Are you an AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified Bookkeeper?

Atlas Employment are working closely with a new, SME based in Oxford. We are looking for an energetic, proactive individual to look after all the financial affairs and some administration of the business. This role is a flexible, part time (20-25 hrs a week) position with potential to develop responsibilities. You would be working in a lovely, quiet office in the suburbs outside of Oxford initially then from home on your own.

What will you be doing as a Bookkeeper?

· Purchase and sales invoices
· Creating and sending out invoices
· Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
· Managing multi-currency accounts
· Credit Control
· VAT and all Tax issues
· Preparing Management Accounts
· Preparing and managing budget and cashflow
· Financial reports and analysis
· Pension scheme
· Insurance and other office and lease agreements
· Stock Management
· Post
· Processing orders
· Coordinating distribution shipping

You should apply for the role of part time Bookkeeper if you have:

· ACA, ACCA or AAT Qualification
· 2 Years' experience
· Strong IT Skills including Excel
· Previous experience using SAGE and Xero
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Well organised
· Must have own car and be able to drive
