IFA Administrator



I am delighted to be supporting a very successful Wealth Management firm in their search for an IFA Administrator. Due to continuing organic growth and a strong stream of client referrals, they are now looking to expand their support team.

The successful applicant will help them deliver an exceptional level of service while broadening their strengths and client offering. As a minimum, your strengths should include a knowledge of the administrative and customer support functions within financial planning.

• Providing a positive and professional client experience at all times

• Responsible & accountable for a selection of clients

• Onboarding of new clients

• Processing new business

• Liaising with clients regarding Annual Reviews & meetings

• Undertaking some research to assist the paraplanner team

• Meeting with other members of the team to review and manage client wealth plans

• Undertaking continued professional and personal development

• Supporting team members in their professional & personal development objectives

• Completing ad hoc projects and managing technology providers as needed

For consideration for this position, you will be working towards CII exams R01 -06 and have worked in a similar role within the industry. The successful candidate must be dynamic, client focussed and keen to develop within a supportive environment.
