Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Immediate Start

Your new company
A growing company who have recently invested in new businesses are looking to expand the operations in Northallerton. Due to the merger the company are looking to extend the finance operations in particular within credit control.

Your new role
The role is a temporary to permanent opportunity and will be working in a fast paced credit control function.

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Receiving incoming calls and answering customer queries.
Managing customer accounts and chasing payments.
Resolving customer queries
Issuing payment plans
Raising invoices.

The role will be using Sage package and Excel.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background in credit control and an excellent telephone manner. Experience of Sage and Excel would be an advantage but not essential. The role requires a hardworking and dedicated individual who can work on team and individual basis and is a self-starter.
