Your Role...

Working out of the offices in Wokingham, with up to 20% travel, your leadership will offer structure, motivation and clear direction to the reliability team.

You will provide aviation engineering expertise, helping to ensure a predictably high quality of work and you will continually look for improvement opportunities to add value to the department.

You will be responsible for procedure & process design and implementation, ongoing AD/SB reviews & implementation and warranty tracking process, all with the goal of improving reliability.

You Will Need...
  • Extensive experience within the Aviation / Aircraft industry. (Airline, Service Provider, MRO etc), ideally from a Development Engineer or comparable background.
  • Proven experience of successfully managing and leading a team.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality reports and metrics.
  • If you have previous experience in performing comprehensive FRACAS analyses on failed components would be a big advantage.
