An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an established business. You will be a bright and confident individual who has ideally gained 6 months experience in an office/Finance environment.

Working in a busy environment you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with a flexible approach in order to respond to changing business requirements. You will be a confident user of Excel and have achieved GCSE's (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above.

The successful individual will demonstrate excellent data entry, communication and query resolution skills in order to work effectively with suppliers and all areas of the business.

Key duties will include:
  • Data input of purchase invoices
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information
  • Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Producing reports on Excel
