We have partnered with a beautiful luxury brand to assist in the recruitment of a Retail Operations Administrator for their Central London head office. If you are excel savvy, can establish and maintain operational best practice as well as produce and provide commercial reports then this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities Include:
Management of PO process for UK and International Stores
Tracking against budget
Work closely with IT Department to ensure timely resolution of issues relating to retail systems, including SAP retail store, till system and BI reporting system
Create inventory documentation
Report discrepancies
Provide stock take summary
Implement systematic stock cycle count process
Assisting with new store openings, refurbishments and closures
