Sacco Mann's client is seeking an Office Manager to lead the office services team in their Leeds office.

Within the role of Office Manager you will be reporting to the Facilities Manager and ensuring that the Office Services department is providing an efficient service to the firm. This will involve managing the sickness, holidays and recruitment of support staff, and being their main point of contact for any queries.

General duties as Office Manager will include:
  • Ensure all facilities and office equipment is maintained to a good standard
  • Sign off on facilities invoices
  • Complete Health & Safety risk assessments
  • Maintain legislative registers, including fire, first aid, emergency lighting
  • Arranging fire drills and liaising with landlord agents
  • Manage building security
  • Manage cleaning contracts and being the main point of contact
  • Develop, train, coach and supervise staff in the department

The ideal candidate will have prior Office Manager experience within a legal firm. Being IOSH certified is essential.
