Package: £40,000 - £60,000 + car, bonus, attractive package

A major global broking firm, with a strong presence in the Public Sector and NFP space is looking for an experienced Account Executive/Manager to lead on an attractive portfolio of clients in the arena.

·An leading market name with a globally recognised brand, strong in the Public Sector/NFP space and known for providing bespoke insurance solutions to clients across PS, Charity, NHS, Social Housing, Central and Local Government, Third Sector, Blue Lights and such like.
·This area of the market is earmarked for investment after strong performance.
·The business offers leading remuneration and a genuine career path, as you'd expect for a corporate organisation of this stature.

The Role

·As part of one of the UK's leading public sector insurance teams, you will take responsibility for managing your portfolio of accounts - the team covers PS, Charity, NHS, Social Housing, Central and Local Gov., Third Sector, Blue Lights, etc., whereas your clients can be allocated based on your area of expertise and interest.
·They will typically be high value clients - paying fee income of £15k at the low end with most much higher, your accounts will require in-depth advice and bespoke, broked insurance solutions.
·As you'd expect, there is a small growth element to the role which expects you to add a new client or two over the course of a year, these will typically come through networking and relationships with purchasing and procurement agencies and consortiums.
·The role is within a targeted, driven corporate environment and will not be for those seeking an easy ride - there is however a strong remuneration and bonus for ambitious individuals looking to further their career.


·You will demonstrate an understanding of public sector insurance clients, both with regards to the specialist risks and requirements involved and their purchasing procedures and styles.
·You will be at home in a corporate environment and used to working to targets - there is autonomy and flexibility to run your account in your own way, reporting on figures as required.
·You will be polished, professional and ambitious, ready to join a market leader to further your career.
·ACII is preferred, but not essential.
