About the Role

The CMA Accountants primary role is to support the Dealership Management Team with financial and analytical support to drive operational performance and deliver measurable added value to the business. The role includes responsibility for the leadership and management of the entire Accounts and Vehicle Administration functions across the CMA along with the ongoing development of the colleagues in the team. A key aspect of the role is the delivery of timely and accurate Management Information and their integration into the Group's standard structures. You will maintain and develop financial and procedural controls to maximise returns and cash flow and utilise your financial and management experience to ensure the effective running of the dealership.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills. You will need to have experience in the Motor Industry at a Senior Management level with experience of supporting multiple business a benefit. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Kerridge Accountancy software, although this is not essential. Excellent numerical and administrative ability are essential tools for this position and you will also have the ability to communicate effectively with all financial and non-financial colleagues, clients and customers. Experience of working within the Motor Industry is essential.
