Our Northampton based client are looking for an e-CRM Executive to support the e-CRM Manager in ensuring the timely delivery of all relevant marketing communications, especially the integrated e-CRM campaign activity. Primarily this will involve elements of administration, co-ordination and production of e-CRM materials to achieve set deadlines with first-class accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver integrated e-CRM activity based from the briefs provided by e-CRM Manager / CRM Management
  • Create e-CRM materials using relevant content, images, CTA, T&Cs and 3rd party tracking codes
  • Provide support in planning, updating marketing plans, budgets and forecasts, and reporting across all products, channels and brands
  • Provide accurate updates of e-CRM activity, communicating campaign results to senior CRM management, attending meetings to share and update on progress
  • Manage the creation of codes and telephone numbers for all e-CRM campaigns

Essential Skills:
  • Good level of expertise in use of Salesforce CRM, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience of Faststats and Return Path reporting are desirable
  • Experience of the insurance market is advantageous
  • Previous experience of working within an in-house marketing team or agency is desirable
  • Experience in the creation, proofing and production of B2C email campaigns
