We are recruiting for a well-established and highly profitable business in Evercreech. As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst your role will be to support the business by analysing the performance and profitability of trading performance, as well as key business partnering activity and undertaking exciting FP&A tasks, working diligently to achieve process improvement and data analysis. Your mission will be to use your strong commercial acumen to help the business make informed strategic decisions and take the lead on delivering against these.

The role will include (but is not limited to):
  • Analyse trading performance and profitability trends
  • Work closely with key business partners to help prepare budgets and forecasts, and develop insights into over/under performance
  • Identify and quantify risks and opportunities and provide insight to stakeholders regarding those influencing factors.
  • Provide business insights to key business partners through reporting and dashboards
  • You will play a key role in this by understanding the pinch points in current abilities to self-serve data in the team's you partner, and aim to deliver a solution.
  • Support other critical Corporate Finance deliverables including quarter-end deep-dive analytics and assist in the preparation of materials for the quarterly Earnings process
  • Pro-actively identify process improvements and work with the necessary teams to implement these process improvements

  • To undertake other FP&A tasks as can be reasonably expected to be performed including, but not limited to:

o Finance projects / initiatives

o Assistance to the Finance Directors or Senior Leadership team

We are looking for someone to be able to demonstrate the following behaviours:
