I am working with an organisation based in central Redhill who are seeking a Payroll Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is currently working within management or is looking to take their first step into management.
- Prepare and input data for salary payments
- Support annual Reward Plan activities
- Work closely with outsourced payroll vendors, internal Finance and internal HR stakeholders to ensure the smooth workflow of all payroll related matter
- Ensure that all Payroll related (fixed variable) data is captured i.e. starters, leavers, bonus payments, variable pay, variable changes, etc are processed in time for payroll deadlines and BACs submission.
