We have a fantastic opportunity with a well-established national company based within the heart if Cirencester. This is a great role for someone looking to migrate into a commercial environment, and develop/expand on your administration skills. We are currently look seeking a well - organised individual who has strong financial attributes and who has a desire for delivering excellent service and an eye for detail.

Main responsibilities will include:
  • Taking client calls
  • Monitor the shared client inbox
  • Logging incoming jobs
  • Uploading the relevant paperwork to the correct portal
  • Running reports on various client systems
  • Monitoring the progress of outstanding jobs
  • Ensuring all paperwork is checked and the relevant information is provided
  • Liaising with surveyors
  • Raising incoming works
  • Raising POs
  • Sending quotes off to the relevant people
  • Liaising with other agencies
  • Ensuring that all times are populated along with complete and accurate paperwork before processing job
  • Handling timesheets from works attended and ensuring these times have been logged on and off the correct jobs
  • Follow the defined escalation procedures, escalating where required on issues and procedures not being adhered to.

The ideal candidate:
  • Previous admin experience
  • Good with numbers and financial processes
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good communication
  • Previous experience in dealing with customers/clients
  • Takes pride within their work
  • Eager to learn and develop
