What you'll be doing:

You'll take ownership for the marketing strategy for the works portfolio ensuring the team delivers on plans.

Leading, mentoring and proactively developing the skills of the marketing team with a focus on collaborative working.

Creating and maintaining relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.

Leading and managing all external communications activity to raise recognition and reputation in line with our purpose and values.

Leading the creation, development and execution of the brand strategy with the Works CEO and Group Brand Director to achieve deep recognition and reputation within the sector.

You'll lead and drive a campaign-based, digital first approach to marketing across the business, including our social media platforms.

Setting relevant KPIs to measure marketing performance and ensuring regular effectiveness reporting to demonstrate RoI.

Being creatively commercial, you will relentlessly have an eye on the external competitive environment and consumer trends, using this information to make decisions.

You'll support Marketing Managers to create, develop and effectively deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns to support the achievement of sales plan targets

You'll work closely with the Sales Director to support the achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Working closely with the Regional Director's you'll collaboratively develop strategies, market positioning and campaigns to compliment each portfolio.

Working closely with the Product function to launch, market and promote new products.

Being a key part of the Works leadership team and responsible for encouraging collaboration with the Sci-tech Marketing team.

Who are we looking for?

You'll have strong digital expertise of implementing and leading digital marketing strategies and leading change in the digital landscape.

You're comfortable setting and managing the Marketing budget.

Someone with experience of creating and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns along with excellent planning and organisation skills.

Someone that never sits on the sidelines, with the ability to step up to the challenges of working in a fast paced, dynamic and developing organisation by using flexibility and creativity.

You dream and deliver; you challenge what is and imagine what could be with the commitment and drive to bring these ideas to life.
