LITIGATION EXECUTIVE - RTA - £30,000 - £37,000 + Excellent Bonuses (£25K +)

Are you an experienced Litigation Executive with experience of RTA? Then our client would like to hear from you! They are an extremely successful and highly regarded Law firm how have built up an amazing reputation within RTA. They have won numerous high profile awards for their investment in people and 60% of the staff are enrolled on further education courses through CILEX and The University of Law, all funded by the firm.They are among the top 200 Law Firms in the UK and have a brilliant reputation in the Personal Injury sector.

THE ROLE:

The Litigation Executive will be responsible for your own case load of pre and post issue fast track RTA matters, the majority of which will be litigated. The successful Litigation Executive will have strong Personal Injury experience and manage their own case load of RTA cases.

THE EARNINGS: - EXCELLENT AND UNCAPPED AND ACHIEVABLE!!

You will be paid a competitive basic salary and the bonus earnings are terrific. Average bonus is around £11,000 but top Litigation Executives are achieving way more - up to £25K. The bonus is uncapped so it really is down to the individual to maximise on their earnings!

The main duties of the Litigation Executive will include:

·Handling a case load of RTA files and updating clients on a regular basis

·Risk assessing cases for Litigation

·Use of MOJ portal

·Drafting and issuing legal proceedings

·Handling Fast Track litigated case loads - high volume

·Conduct of litigation to fast track trial

·Liaison via email and phone

·Extensive negotiations

·Mange costs

·Working to deadlines

So, the role of Litigation Executive is busy and varied. You will have strong communication skills and be confident when dealing with clients and handling sensitive and confidential information. The role of LitigationExecutive is a key one and the ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience within RTA. You will enjoy this type of work and be a strong negotiator.
