Senior Asset and Lifecycle Manager (PFI / PPP)

As one of the largest SPV and Asset Management service providers to the PPP / PFI infrastructure market, Imagile as a Trusted Partner seeks to protect and enhance the value of its investor's assets, which currently stand at £3bn.

Position: Senior Lifecycle Manager
Location: Daresbury, North West
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent on skills, qualifications and experience (plus car allowance)

About the role:

An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, market leading asset management consultancy, with an outstanding reputation for quality and integrity.

The role is suited to highly motivated candidates with a developed industry network and a broad range of asset management consulting experience, able to communicate strategic asset management, whole life costing and improvement projects to senior management audiences.

The successful candidate will have the experience, drive and commercial awareness to pursue and exploit a growing pipeline of opportunities, encompassing whole life costing, technical due diligence, and strategic asset management.

As Senior Lifecycle Manager you will facilitate the development of a growing and ambitious team. You will further help shape and define the development and utilisation of new systems and technologies to ensure the team continues to produce high quality and innovative deliverables to its clients.

About you:

- Proven Competence either via Degree level qualification in a property / cost planning discipline or commensurate related experience.
- Prior experience of tender processes, bid and proposal writing. Capable of producing bid content to professional standard.
- Experience in asset management / information strategy, governance, whole life costing and / or improvement plans.
- Experience in delivering stakeholder engagement and communications including at senior strategic level.
- Excellent communicator at all levels; both written and verbal.
- Commercially astute.
- Minimum of Intermediate Excel Skills.
- Demonstrable line management experience.
- Role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
- Full UK driving licence - some national travel required, supported by expenses policy.

Desirable:

- Developed industry network.
- Professionally qualified in an engineering / property discipline.
- Early availability.
- Engineering / Building Services cost planning experience.
- Coaching / Development experience.
- Database management experience.
- Minimum five years post-qualification experience with at least five years PFI experience, and a proven understanding of the PFI / PPP industry.
- Sound understanding of Cost Planning, Accounting / Finance (particularly in the PFI sector) and a clear understanding of NPV / Time value of money.
