Butler Rose is pleased to be working in partnership with a reputable business based in Chorley for the search of a Finance Administrator. This is 3-6 month temporary contract with the view to go permanent.

As the Finance Administrator you will be supporting the finance department with all aspects of administration and basic finance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Working with key client contracts and being the main point of communication with them.
  • Chase down suppliers for documentation.
  • Raising credit notes.
  • Answer customer/client queries via telephone and email.
  • Any other adhoc tasks required.

Key attributes required:
  • Must come from a strong administration background
  • Some understanding of day-to-day operations of a Finance department.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build good working relationships.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Be able to be proactive and follow up work and any issues promptly.
  • Experience of Oracle / SAP (desirable but not essential).
