Digital Marketing a& Communications is paramount in achieving this and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Communications and Digital Transformation Manager to join Legacy Communications in Wilmslow.

This is a crucial role, which will proactively lead the planning and development of communications and digital major business change programmes ensuring programmes are set up to meet business requirements and deliver the required business/customers to our £6million Legacy. The Communications and Digital Transformation Manager leads the development of the future programme of work ensuring robust costs and benefits are identified and can be delivered. This includes working with third party suppliers and agreeing contracts for new suppliers and deliveries.

What will you be doing:

* To lead and support GTC in the planning and development of major business change programmes. IT development and delivery experience of major communications and digital transformation programmes and Understanding channel migration in order to ensure market leading customer orientated developments
* Work with IT architects on both Royal London Group requirements/solutions and day to day Legacy Divisional requirements/solutions articulating business requirements and customer needs
* Working with third party suppliers to initiate, lead, develop and agree development costs and timetables plus contracts for external developments
* To providing day to day support to the Head of Function preparing papers / PowerPoint presentations for Executive Committees, business planning rounds, divisional meetings and finance submissions
* Proactively manages internal and external suppliers in a service partnership
* To lead channel migration development
* Work with Group Operations to ensure services and developments are professionally shaped, developed, introduced and accepted into service
* Lead the development of customer / user interaction analysis, market intelligence gathering and analysis working with our finance teams to develop benefit cases

What we're looking for

* Business planning in a large organisation is a must
* Significant IT development and delivery of transformation programmes at a practitioner level
* Ability to use strong technical knowledge to help steer and design technical solutions
* Knowledge of pensions products and services

Skills that will help you in the role

* Knowledge of development approaches and working practices
* Accomplished in developing engagement and servicing for customers
* Aware of the regulations by which financial services are governed
