Based in Tonbridge

Salary - £20,000 - £23,000

Job Responsibilities

* Assisting in month end reporting on claims

* Confirming when inward payments have arrived in the clients' accounts and informing Recovery team accordingly.

* Collating fee invoices for payment runs

* Building and maintaining excel bordereaux reports

* Cancelling bounced payments on claims system

* Resolve any supplier and surveyor payment queries using our remittance reports

* Assist in building, managing & maintaining MI reports and schedules

* Provide input to the development of the business including system, process and supplier management

* To continuously demonstrate the company values and show this through work practise

* To undertake any individual or team task required

Requirements

* GSCE English and Maths or Equivalent

* At least 1 years' experience in finance or MI analysis

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite telephone manner

* Capability to vary approach

* Willingness to learn

* Ability to take on increased ownership and responsibility when necessary

* The ability to work individually and proactively, as well as part of a team

* Team player

* Drive and enthusiasm for meeting targets

* Confidence & a professional attitude
