Senior SIPP & SSAS Administrator - Edinburgh

Up to £35,000 + Excellent Package

A leading UK Financial Services Group who are experiencing significant growth are looking to recruit a strong candidate to take up a key role within the SIPP / SSAS Department. Working in a team-oriented environment that believes strongly in the development and mentoring of staff you will have a range of duties which will include -

·Managing client contact and relationships; communicating effectively and managing queries in a professional manner.

·Supporting and monitoring team projects and the development of the department business plan.

·Setting up new plans and schemes and data maintenance

·Processing paperwork in relation to transfers from Defined Benefit and Money Purchase Schemes

·Payments and reconciliations, including payroll, VAT returns, bank transactions and invoices.

·Liaise with regulatory bodies such as HMRC and the Pensions Regulator.

·Ensure work is completed in a compliant manner and that all rule and regulations are adhered too.

·Undertake any compliance or AML training required.

·Manage all technical and client administration in an efficient and professional manner in line with departmental requirements.
