Brilliant opportunity for work with a longstanding client of ours on a 9 month fixed term contract!

My client is looking for an experienced all round accounts and payroll assistant who has at least 2 years experience in a similar post

Your Main Duties Include:
  • Posting all transactions into Sage/ Excel
  • Liaise with external finance & accountants
  • Prepare invoices for customers
  • Track expenses
  • Communicate with suppliers on a regular basis
  • Manage aged debt reports
  • Ensure on time payments for approved supplier invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Oversee Payroll functions
  • Administrative tasks regarding rent rates
  • Arrange shipping of products
  • Prepare monthly P+L, Quarterly VAT Etc

Experience & Extra Information:
  • Knowledge of Sage and Excel
  • Able to manage general contractors
  • Good telephone and email manor
  • 2-3 years experience
