I have a fantastic opportunity for an interim Auditor to join a leading law company in Colchester as part of the Quality & Compliance team.

This urgent role will focus on the support of a specific project to integrate a new merged firm into the company in order to achieve Lexcel accreditation (for excellence in practice management and customer service).

Key Duties/Responsibilities
  • Gap analysis on existing operations and processes
  • Create/suggest practicable solutions in consultation with the newly merged firm.
  • Produce reports on the above
  • Coordinate the smooth integration of systems and working practices.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with other support functions including wider Q&C team, IT, HR, Business Development and Accounts.
  • Be proactive in finding efficiencies and improvements to working practices.
