Systems and Administration Officer

£20,780 - £22,790 per annum, pro rata, based on 37 hours per week
20 hours per week
Monday to Friday with start and finish times to be agreed
Lewes Head Office

We are looking for a resourceful, adaptable and proactive person to oversee the data and administrative systems that support health and safety at Southdown.

Tasks include:
  • The maintenance and development of the health and safety database and other systems.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure the effective use of systems.
  • Extracting and analysing data and preparing management reports.
  • Overseeing the purchase and distribution of adaptive equipment.
  • Managing and supervising the work of an Administration Assistant.

You will need:
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Experience of working with databases.
  • ·Good understanding of administrative systems.
  • Strong IT skills including Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of workplace health and safety processes would be an advantage but is not essential.
